Moonshiners Gin Academies are a make-your-own gin experience where you create and leave with a bottle of gin that suits your personal tastes.

A Gin Academy ticket includes…

  • Use of a mini-still and work station
  • Spirit samples throughout the academy
  • Coaching in how to make a spirit to suit you from an experienced distiller

You need to distil the same recipe but each bottle of gin can be made unique with post-distillation additions. Includes 2 drinks and samples each. Doors open 6.30pm for a 7pm start. Event concludes around 10pm with option to stay for a drink afterwards. Last orders 10.30pm. Please ensure everyone in your booking is aged 18 or over.
