EXPERIENCES

Over the course of a few hours you’ll learn a lot about spirit making in a very hands-on way. You’ll be picking your spirit’s ingredients from our wide selection based on your personal taste preference and doing your own distillation on your own ministill, collecting the best parts of the batch to take away with you. It’s not all work and no play though- the experience is peppered with drinks throughout, made from our versions of the spirit you’re making on the day. Plus we have an onsite bar for additional drinks as you desire.

We designed our spirit academies for spirit lovers. Our ministills are our own bespoke design – they’re very versatile and geared up for making quality spirit. You won’t leave with something fit to clean the toilet with, we promise!

It’s good craic and an ideal activity for get-togethers and parties. It’s also a great insight for those serious about spirits and keen to learn more.
