Unrest Sour

Usually uses egg white but using this miraculous foamer keeps this classic cocktail vegan while still silkily foamy. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and give it some welly! A really good shake is what gets the foam going. Fine strain into a rocks glass with ice.
