Good Ole G&T

Fill a globe glass with ice - really fill it! Lots of ice will keep the drink cold throughout so it doesn’t all melt and over-dilute. This keeps the enjoyment consistent from start to finish. Pour over the gin and add your tonic; we like a 1:2 ratio so 100ml tonic to 50ml gin. That's a little strong for some folk so add to your liking. Sling the garnish on top.
