We have a choice of over X spices and botanicals you can use to flavour your rum to your liking. You’ll start with a delicious base rum and re-distill it with your chosen botanical selection based on what you like best.
From a super spicy gingerbread rum, through to a mellow, caramelly blend – your academy is your spiced-rum-oyster.
