Whiskey Academies
Get to know your Irish from your Scotch from your Bourbon and make your very own mini-cask of new-make whiskey/whisky to age at home.
A Whisky Academy includes:
- Welcome drink
- Spirit samples throughout the academy
- Coaching in how to make a spirit to suit you from an experienced distiller
- Second drink
- A minicask of your own spirit
- Use of a ministill and work station
You'll learn more about what you like in a whisky and how you can replicate elements of that in your own distillation.
Whether you’re a whisky newbie or a well versed connoisseur, our whisky academy offers an insightful experience for all levels.
If you know a thing or two about whisky, then you’ll know a whisky isn’t a whisky unless its aged for 3 years or more, so technically you won’t leave with a whisky. What you’ll get is the new make spirit, unaged and direct from the still to then age yourself at home.
