COMING SOON! Get to know your Irish from your Scotch from your Bourbon and make your very own mini-cask of new-make whiskey/whisky to age at home.
A Whisky Academy will include:
- Welcome drink
- Use of a mini-still and work station
- Spirit samples throughout the academy
- Coaching in how to make a whisk(e)y to suit you from an experienced distiller
- Second drink
- A minicask of your very own whisk(e)y worth £135
You'll learn more about what you like in a whisky and how you can replicate elements of that in your own distillation.
