COMING SOON! Get to understand the nuisances of rums from across the world and leave with your own mini-cask or bottle of rum, depending on whether you incline towards white or dark rum.
A Rum Academy will include:
- Welcome drink
- Use of a mini-still and work station
- Spirit samples throughout the academy
- Coaching in how to make a rum to suit you from an experienced distiller
- Second drink
- A minicask of your very own rum worth £135
From a caramelly molasses base to the fresher grassy cachaca vibe, or if you're partial to a spicy blend, all are possible to create during your academy.
Whether you’re new to rum or have been partial to a tot or two for many a year, our rum academy offers and insightful experience for all levels.
